Make a Choice – Ask or Judge
By:Archana Kapoor Nagpal/em>

“Judging others makes us blind, whereas love is illuminating. By judging others we blind ourselves to our own evil and to the grace which others are just as entitled to as we are.”
― Dietrich Bonhoeffer

My first salary was 2500 INR. It was in 2002 and my father was the first one to congratulate me.

He inspiringly described, “No matter how much or how little, it is important to use your money wisely. The amount you earn does not matter but the hard work behind this money matters. A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds.”

When I used to be sad, I would lean on my father’s shoulder and ask, ‘‘If there are so many stars in the universe why is the sky dark at night?’’

Not Just a “Call”
Author: Archana Kapoor Nagpal

feel negative feelings. When we analyze emotions we come to

Top 5 Happiness Exercises

Author: Gardner Wilkinson

Happiness, as a state of mind, is the aggregate of life
experiences at a particular point of time in your life. In

happiness. These are factors over which you have little control.
However, the other 40% of your happiness is controlled by your

Kindness Is Empowering

Author: Johnny Cyreous

“Kindness is the highest form of intelligence.” – Wayne Teasdale

I was at the receiving end of kindness this evening. My wife and I were visited by a pair of traveling missionaries who we welcomed into our home to allow them to warm themselves.

Conversation ensued and before we knew it, it was nearly 9:00 p.m. I must say it was the two best hours I have spent in weeks because my soul was refreshed from the outpouring of kindness that I had the joy of experiencing. These missionaries knew I had been sick from a disease I have been suffering with for eight years now. Their words poured over me like honey in my tea and made me find hope again.                                 more

Author: John B Izzo, Ph.D.

What are the secrets to happiness and meaning? Why do some
people find a deep sense of purpose while they are here and die
with few regrets while others end their lives bitter and disappointed?

success. After receiving over 1,000 nominations, I interviewed
235 people from the age of 59-106 (who had over 18,000 years of
life experience) asking them to reflect back on their lives:         more
