Love!Who doesn’t love his wife, her husband, children, parents, fiancée, fiancé, relatives, friends and even strangers?

However, before you love others, you must first love yourself.

    How to love oneself?

In 7,000 years of human history, how many of us understand that the very first step to love ourselves is to liberate our thoughts from the mindset of “I, me and myself”. This mindset is akin to the hard shell of a seed that encloses our love and kindness deep within its core. If we do not break up this shell, our love and kindness will forever be buried deep inside our heart, irrespective of how much love or kindness we were bestowed with, they will never be able to germinate out of this shell.

There are endless squabbles within one’s family.

In every society, the act of kindness is rarer than diamonds.

Which country is not run by false leaders who caused the majority of their citizens to live in endless pains, sufferings and hopelessly in despair?

Yet, the root cause of all human sufferings originates from the very fact that no one had ever learned to love oneself by liberating from the mindset of “I, me and myself”.
